Shipping & delivery

Charges

• Delivery in Pakistan: free per order.
• Delivery to the rest of the world: PKR 15,000 per order (shown in US dollars at checkout).

Times

• Orders are packed in Peshawar within 1–2 working days of confirmation (bank transfers after the payment arrives).
• Pakistan: usually 2–5 working days by insured courier.
• International: usually 5–12 working days. Customs duties in your country are paid by you.

Tracking

You receive the tracking number by WhatsApp and email, and can see it under My account or with “Track my order”.

Packaging

Every piece travels in a sealed, padded box with its certificate (where available) and invoice.
